- At 12:25 the School Superintendent starts off with the explanation of current status of the School's accounting issue with Richmond's education bureaucrats.\\
- At 01:22:40, the County Administrator requested additional days for for all County employees.\\
- At 01:24:45, Harry Sponaugle (the current Chairman of the Board) suggested that the County Administrator come up with a figure for "Christmas Pay", notionally, for all employees in County Administration.
