Where a complete lack of decorum is considered, this meeting was real a prize winner.

After the meeting was over, expletives were exchanged between BOS members and the public. Henry Budzinski, seemingly, has no shame.
Melissa Dowd (not a County officer – simply the hired help) told Debbie Hodges to “Leave” a public building, as if she had the authority to demand it..?? Simply stunning.

While the recording for this meeting did not capture all of the shenanigans, the second short recording (after I turned the recorder on again) captured some of it.

This was a truly sad day for Highland County.
